Panic Attacks & God's Love & Grace

Even through panic attacks, God is always close and near to his beloved children (Psalm 34:18)

It's not my first time having a panic attack, and it never gets easier. I don't like myself when I'm having them. It feels horrible. 

But even in the midst of going through it, I pray and ask my Holy Father who is in heaven to help me to get through it, to strengthen me with his Holy Spirit in the holy and powerful name of my dear and beloved Lord and Savior, who is my everything, The Lord Yeshua Hamashiach (Jesus Christ). 

Because by myself, I can't do anything. 

"I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit, for without Me you can do nothing."

-John 15:5

So listen, if you went or are going through the same thing or something similar, know this.

God loves you, He really does. And I know that when you are going through a panic attack or a crisis, everything might look bleak and hopeless. 

I know. And as one who has gone through it a couple of times, it seems and feels like you are being pushed into a corner from which you cannot escape. 

But I think I got just what you need, especially if you are a believer and a part of God's family.

Now, some people might find it more helpful or less, but for me, it really did help me a lot. And it's this.

The Remedy

I put on some good worship music that I like, and I start praying and praising God for his goodness, grace, mercy, and love over my life. And I'm telling you, it is so freeing and liberating to do so, try it and see for yourself. 

Remember This Always

You are not alone. The same God who carried me through will carry you as well. Call on His name, hold on to His promises, and let His peace surround you. He is near, and His love never fails.  

"I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth.

My soul shall make its boast in the Lord. The humble shall hear of it and be glad.

Oh, magnify the Lord with me,And let us exalt His name together.

I sought the Lord, and He heard me,And delivered me from all my fears.

They looked to Him and were radiant,And their faces were not ashamed."

-Psalm 34:1-5
